Margo .. I agree. The wmm Notes and Reminder messages have gotten way too
long. I have been including notes from prior meetings because each week
there have been new people added to the list and I wanted them to see what
had transpired in previous meetings. Since I just send one message to all,
people like you are getting something which you already have. When I started
doing this, I knew that at some point it would have to stop because the
messages would become ridiculously long. I think we have reached that point.
Thanks for calling it to my attention. I will limit future Notes and
Reminders to just the last two or three meetings. Here is a printing tip -
when printing a message, you don't have to print the entire message. Before
clicking the final Print or OK button, look around the screen for options on
printing just 1 page (you will likely have the option to choose how many
pages to print) or printing just the Selection. With Selection, you need to
have highlighted what you want to print before going to the print screen. ..

i'm not sure i understand how the emails you send are working.  i always
print things like this so i have them to refer to.  problem here is 14-15
pgs. and it seems a huge amount of duplication each time???  am i correct?
is there a way to just get the most recent after ea. meeting?
