HIGHWAY 101 FLOOD STUDY PUBLIC MEETING

 

The Hwy 101 Flood Study Consortium is scheduling a public meeting to collect
data and concerns regarding the flooding issue along the Highway 101
corridor south of Seaside.

 

The meeting will be held on May 4th between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm at the Bob
Chisholm Senior Center located at 1225 Avenue A in Seaside.

 

Property owners and interested parties along Hwy 101 from the Cannon Beach
Junction to south of Seaside that are affected by the flooding are invited
to attend to provide first-hand information to the Northwest Hydraulic
Consultants team as they begin to collect data needed for the study. The
consultants will provide an overview of the process to develop a hydrologic
model for the Necanicum watershed and what solutions can be expected once
the modeling project is complete.

 

The location of the hearing is accessible to the disabled. Please call
