12. GeorgeV: Yesterday a 430 lb crate was left on the street in downtown

printer. Too heavy and big to get up the stairs, it had to be unpacked in a
parking spot and in the rain, with the help of David Marshall, Kim Barnett,

http://www.solv.org/programs/spring_beach_cleanup.asp

15. GeorgeV: “How the Other Half Loves” opened last weekend and runs through
Apr 22 at Coaster Theatre. In this brilliantly crafted, hilarious comedy,
two couples in their own homes, the Fosters and the Phillipses, are visible
to us but not to each other. That the characters cross so blithely into
each other's spaces is an apt metaphor for the double-dealings brought on by
illicit affairs.  Telephone calls are made to the wrong wife or husband;
idiotic conversations or hang-ups abound. When the hapless Featherstones
are invited to dinner, Ayckbourn's strategic ploys step up another
unbelievable notch. http://www.coastertheatre.com/OtherHalf.html

Pouring at the Coast last weekend, in it’s 3rd year, grew greatly.

 1. GaryH: Savor Cannon Beach had great attendance at all festival
events. Please report to Gary gary at coastexplorermagazine.com of how things
went at your business/event. 33 wineries (up 1/3 from 2011) were pouring
throughout town including 8 at the Chamber. Between 4 & 5pm, 100+ people
were tasting wine at the Chamber. OLCC was in town and checking that all
state laws were being observed. 100 festival tickets were sold in advance
and more than 100 Wine Walk tickets were sold in advance. [Catriona says
Wine Walk ticket sales were up by 100 from 2011. Their goal was way
surpassed]. BobNer: EVOO sold out both dinners for the weekend and had 30+
people waiting at the door for their salt tasting. ValerieR via e-mail:
Savor was a smash hit. GaryH: The Savor NW Wines Awards was a smashing
success. This was the first year, yet 260 wines were supplied by some 80
wineries for 6 professional judges to taste and grade – Gold, Silver or
Bronze. This event took place at Surfsand Resort. Ocean Lodge supplied
lodging for judges. See www.coastexplorermagazine.com for results.

 2. GeorgeV: There are still fixtures from the El Mundo store available.
Call George 503-739-1415 to view and purchase fixtures. See photos at
www.cannon-beach.net/photos_cb/EM4Mfixtures.

 3. BrentD: To gauge how our events are doing, we need lodging reports
from our lodging establishments. Each Monday, a survey is sent out
requesting that info. The number of responses has been poor. Getting people
to use this tool is important. GeorgeV: For Spring Unveiling and Plein Air &
More, I called the Lodging people and was able to get stats from almost
everyone.

event info on your Facebook page, make Gary an Admin and he will do it.

Fetta and Bella Espresso. Meet Rheama and her dog Coconut. Rheama Koonce –
