There will be no water disruption.

3. EricJ: Sandcastle 2013 was a big success. The Friday night dinner served
150, Sandcastle Contest had 41 plots including 7 master plots (the most
master ever), t-shirts and small posters sold out on the beach along with
food. 500 cars were parked on the beach at noon with more coming than
leaving. the Saturday night concert was a near full house at Coaster
Theatre, the bonfire w/smores on the beach at Tolovana had more than 150
people, and the Sunday morning Fun Run had 49 runners. Look for George’s
photos of the weekend’s events later this week at
www.Cannon-Beach.net/sandcastle.html.

4. RisleyW: On Sunday, people were expecting to see Sandcastles. The PR
showed the event from Jun 14-16. JeneeP and NalaC at the Rock, had many
complaints Sunday about the sculptures being gon. GeorgeV wants to see the
sculptures preserved thru the weekend. The tide does not destroy them, it is
the people – kids in particular. Someone would need to be on the beach
discouraging this. Announcements could be made throughout the sculpting that
the people are still arriving Sunday to see the sculptures.
