Note2: Below is today's report from Rick Hudson Emergency Manager, City of
Cannon Beach

*RISK FACTOR - Clatsop County is at Low Risk – Started Friday  6/4/21*

   - Risk factors are evaluated weekly and initiated on Fridays.
   - Counties can move their risk factor down weekly but will not move up
   for 2 weeks.
   - If Clatsop County has a drastic COVID-19 outbreak we cannot move up
   risk factors until 6/18/21 at the earliest.

*Vaccine*

   - We are also getting very close to 65% vaccinated first dose in Clatsop
   County, which will keep us in Low Risk.
   - We are currently at 61.1% and need 1,292 more first dose vaccinations
   to reach 65%
   - The state will remove Risk Factors completely when we reach 70% first
   dose vaccinated.
   - The state as of Today (6/8/21 -0700) we are at 66.8% first dose
   vaccinated, needing 106,671 more to reach 70%
