Elementaryy School gym for performances. Now that building sits idly 
rotting with no heat or power while the School District attempts to sell

 GeorgeV: Matt Rippee of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Dept has 
informed us that the 11-acre, John Yeon Natural Site at Chapman Point, 
although wholly owned by the State, is off limits to visitors. This 
natural preserve restriction was part of the purchase agreement in 1995 
but has not been enforced till recently. The property is signed.

the Chamber and the community to educate our guests about leaving items 
on the beach. Chairs, toys, cans, bottles, etc are to leave the beach

 GeorgeV: Matt Rippee of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Dept has 
informed us that the 11-acre, John Yeon Natural Site at Chapman Point, 
although wholly owned by the State, is off limits to visitors. This 
natural preserve restriction was part of the purchase agreement in 1995 
but has not been enforced till recently. The property is signed.
