The survey was the National Citizen Survey by the National Research Center Inc. The survey was adapted for Cannon Beach but still allowed for nationwide comparison. Managing Results, a company out of Crested Butte CO, was contracted to analyze the survey, do the interviews and moderate the 2-day session with City Council, Department Heads and City Attorney to create the final plan.
