 a a City/County Meeting of elected officials and staff from the County,

 MelodieC: Saturday was the first joint drill of our CERT (Citizen 
Emergency Response Team) and our MRC (Medical Reserve Corps). "Tornado" 
victims with very real looking injuries were rescued and triaged 
(evaluated) by CERTs before MRCs moved in to address those tagged red 
for immediate attention. Melodie gave a shout-out to CERT leader Paula 
Vetter for the wonderful job she does. CERT and MRC are both volunteer
